The International Roofing Expo (IRE) Community Map and associated web pages are services (“Services”) provided by Work For Your World (“WFYW”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), which is operated by OneMinute Media GmbH located at Wilmersdorfer Str. 68, 10629 Berlin, Germany. The Services are provided in collaboration with Informa Exhibitions U.S. Construction & Real Estate, Inc. (“Informa”), located at 222 West Las Colinas Blvd, Suite 450E, Irving TX 75039, USA.
We reserve the right to modify the Policy at any time and will indicate when changes have been made by revising the date at the top of this Policy. We encourage you to review the Policy whenever you access the Services to make sure that you understand our information collection, use, and disclosure practices. We will collect information that you provide to us when you use the Services, such as when you send us inquiries, questions or comments via the contact form, like or connect to companies, create an account, or purchase or subscribe to our Services. The information you provide will be stored in order to process your request or deliver relevant Services to you. By submitting your data in this form, you give us permission to share your data with the appropriate contact person who may contact you. Information collected may contain personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number, job title, employer name, professional profile link, contact and payment information, and other identifying information you may provide to us (“Personal Information”). Aggregated, non-personally identifiable information is not your personal information. We may use aggregated, non-personally identifying information to operate, analyze, improve, and optimize our website and service.

B. Information we collect about the use of our Services
Certain data will be collected when you access the Service in order to resolve the technical request of your device, display the site and maintain the safety and security of our systems. This data is stored in server log files and comprise the following:

– Type of computer or mobile device used and the operating system and version
– IP address
– Referring URL
– Number of clicks on a page, pages viewed, time spent on particular pages
– Host name of the accessing computer
– Time or the server request

Even though IP addresses are generally considered personal data, we can not derive any direct conclusions about your identity from such data. The legal basis for this data processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or pre-contractual measures.
All of our pages are secured using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, which encrypts data transmitted between our servers and your devices. We also apply other appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.
3. How we use the data we collect about you
We use your Personal Information in connection with delivering our Services to you. Our legal basis for this processing this data is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Here are some examples of how we use your data:

5.2 Google Web Fonts
This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform representation of fonts. 6. Recipients and safeguards
We do not sell any of your personal data.
The personal data we collect from you and that you provide to us is processed in Germany and stored on servers in Germany. Some of your personal data is provided to other Users of our platform who may, for example, contact you to discuss employment opportunities.
We may also disclose personal data in response to legal process or when the law requires it (for example, in response to a court order) or, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our Services, Users of the Services (including you), and others.
We may use third party service providers, in particular for technical and business services, tax advisors and legal counsel. These service providers receive personal data solely for the performance of their services for us on our behalf. They are contractually obliged not to use personal data for other purposes.

7. Retention of personal data
We only keep personal data for the time strictly necessary in order to enable the use of our Service and/or to fulfil the purposes identified above, and/or to comply with any legal or regulatory obligations. In all other cases, we delete your personal data with the exception of such data that we are required to retain for the purpose of contractual or statutory (e.g., taxation or commercial law) retention periods. In particular, we keep payment and invoice related information or support inquiries to the extent required by trade and tax law for the statutory retention periods (ten, respectively six years).

Right to information, erasure and restrictions

You have the right to object to all types of processing that are based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests), based on grounds relating to your particular situation, Art. 21(1) GDPR. 9. Rights of California residents
California’s “Shine the Light” law, Civil Code Section 1798.83, permits customers who are California residents and who have provided us with “personal information” (as that term is defined in Section 1798.83) to request certain information about the disclosure of that information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. California’s “Online Erasure” law, Business and Professions Code Section 22580-22582, allows any California residents under the age of eighteen (18) who have registered and posted content to request that such content be removed by contacting us. 10. Unsolicited advertising
It is prohibited to use contact information published in the context of the imprint obligation for sending unsolicited advertising and information. The site operators expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited promotional information, such as spam.
